Two rooms. One touchscreen.
The Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors came to Pink Palace with an aging Crestron system that was having issues. The existing wiring was overhauled without major cable pulls, and both classrooms moved onto one shared Q-SYS system: any presenter's laptop or the room's own desktop in, both rooms or either room out, and one touchscreen running sources, routing and projectors.
Combine or split, from one screen.
Classroom A and Classroom B combine and split through a custom Q-SYS desktop touchscreen. Audio and video route to both classrooms together or to each one on its own, at any time.
Presenters bring their own laptop or present from the desktop computer that lives in each classroom; the system takes multiple inputs for different presenters. Projector control is built into the same touchscreen, so sources, routing and the projectors are one screen for whoever is running the room.

Two laser projectors, two confidence monitors, one camera.
Two Sony VPL-PHZ51 laser projectors, 5,800 lumens each, replaced the old ones and run on battery-backup power.
Confidence monitors on the back walls give the presenter in each classroom a view of what the room sees, and they follow the same combine-or-split setting as the projectors. A PTZ camera on the back wall, a 12x auto-tracking unit for the livestream, has network control and access.

A report first, then panels in the client's color.
Pink Palace did an acoustic report on the rooms. The client chose a custom color for the FulFill acoustic panels, and Pink Palace installed them.
Two phases: November 2025 for the projectors, the Q-SYS core and decoders, the touchscreen and its programming, the PTZ camera, the extenders and the switch; January 2026 for the UPS, a TV mount, cabling and the acoustic package.

Multiple inputs for whoever is presenting, both rooms or either room as the output, and one Q-SYS touchscreen running sources, routing and projectors.
